Yes. Josh Holleran has extensive experience supporting learners with SEN, including autism and ADHD, and that approach shapes how every Instruct IQ instructor is trained to teach. Every lesson is tailored to the individual and their needs.
Will I always learn with the same instructor?
Yes, we do our best to facilitate this. Situations might come up where diaries no longer align, that's an exception, not the plan.
What if I've tried driving lessons before and it didn't work out?
Yes, that's common, and it's something we have real experience with. We teach learners at every stage, including those restarting after a break or a previous instructor that wasn't the right fit. If you have specific concerns, get in touch and we can talk them through before you book anything.
I get anxious about driving, can lessons be adapted to my pace?
Yes. Every lesson is adapted to you, in the moment, at your pace. No expectations, no judgement, just structured, tailored development.
What happens if I don't want to continue after my first lesson?
You're never locked in. If you don't want to continue, you simply don't book another lesson, and if you've paid for a block, any remaining credit is refunded. If your first lesson was with Josh Holleran personally, you also get a full, no-questions-asked refund for that lesson if you decide not to continue, just email within 72 hours of the lesson finishing.
Do I need to tell you about a diagnosis or condition before booking?
No, it's entirely your choice, unless you're legally required to notify the DVLA about a condition, which is separate from what you choose to share with us. If you'd like to discuss any needs beforehand, we're happy to talk it through before your first lesson, no pressure, no obligation.

Do you offer shorter lessons or breaks if I need them?
Lessons are generally 90 minutes, that's our standard length. Within that time, breaks and tempo are tailored to you individually. Enquire if you need specific advice on this.
How much do driving lessons cost?
It depends on which Instruct IQ instructor you're paired with, ADI or PDI, so pricing varies rather than being fixed. Enquire and we'll put you in touch with your local Instruct IQ instructor and confirm accurate pricing for you.
