Refresher & Confidence Lessons for Full Licence Holders

If you've passed your test but don't feel genuinely confident behind the wheel, refresher lessons work the same way every lesson does with me: built around you, not a fixed course.

Who this is actually for

There's no single type of person who books these. Some have just passed their test and want to build general confidence before driving properly independently. Others have driven the same familiar routes for years, and life's now asking them to go further, a new job, a house move, something that means the roads they know well aren't enough anymore. Some haven't driven in years and want to rebuild confidence from where they actually are now, not from scratch.

Why passing your test doesn't always mean feeling ready

It's genuinely common to pass your test knowing what to do without fully understanding why you're doing it. That gap often shows up later: comfortable on known routes, avoiding anything unfamiliar or complex. One learner I worked with was in exactly this position, she lived in Swindon and was fully licensed, but only confident on the routes she already knew. A new job meant a commute out of Swindon and back, somewhere she'd never driven before. A handful of lessons focused on the reasoning behind her driving, not just repeating the actions, and she decided herself when she'd built enough ability to make that commute independently.

How it works

Same as every lesson with me: paced entirely around you, no fixed number of sessions, no expectations, no judgement for where you're starting from. You decide when you've built what you need.
