Getting Back Into Lessons After a Break

Restarting after a break, or after lessons with someone else didn't go well, is genuinely common.

What that actually looks like depends on you, and on why you stopped in the first place. If you're anxious or nervous about starting again, you can begin over, with no pressure from your instructor. If you'd rather pick up from where you left off, that works too, approached with coaching rather than testing, no expectations, no judgement either way.

Early on, we take time to establish three things: where you believe you're at, where you actually are, and what you genuinely need next. Those three things aren't always the same, and that's fine, it's exactly what the first few lessons are there to work out.

Get in touch and we can talk through what didn't work before, so it's not repeated.

What learners say

"I've been with Josh since January after not having a great experience with my previous instructor, and I couldn't recommend him more! He's super friendly, patient, and knows what he's talking about! I really enjoyed my lessons and felt very much at ease with him."

Jack - Facebook

"After many years struggling to pass my driving test, went with Josh, he made it clear and easy to understand and helped with my nerves massively, if you need an instructor I couldn't recommend him any higher."

Franky - Google
